About Us

Geetanjali Singh, is the driving force behind the 'GEE SIN' label, curating exclusive collections each season for the modern, fashion-forward woman with an unwavering desire to make a mark.

At the age of just 14, Geetanjali embarked on her fashion journey, immersing herself in the world of creation and orchestrating runway extravaganzas for the prestigious 'KHUBSOORAT', a revered British Asian fashion house with four decades of legacy. This early exposure allowed her to master the intricate tapestry of the South Asian fashion landscape, fostering collaborations with her mother, Mani Kohli, across diverse store locations. Geetanjali earned her stripes, graduating with a degree in management, specializing in marketing technology of textiles from UMIST, Manchester, and later attaining a master's degree from QMW, University of London.

During her tenure at KHUBSOORAT, Geetanjali played a pivotal role in elevating ethnic fashions into mainstream consciousness. Her mother, Mani Kohli, acclaimed as the designer for the iconic film 'Bend it like Beckham,' adorned luminaries in the realms of celebrity, royalty, and politics. Geetanjali's dynamic involvement in design, procurement, development, and delivery saw her cater to clients as diverse as Nina Wadia, Heini Al Fayed of Harrods, Twinkle Khanna, Akshay Kumar, and influential personalities across the globe.

In 2001, Geetanjali ventured to the United States, igniting her brand across retail outlets and a bridal studio that spanned Long Island, New Jersey, and Manhattan. Over the subsequent decade, her brand ascended, securing acknowledgment from South Asian media as a preeminent creator of bespoke bridal wear. Her work was showcased in an array of fashion segments orchestrated by South Asian societies, often collaborating with stalwarts like 'Manish Malhotra' for the presentation of his New York collection, derived from the cinematic masterpiece 'Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna'. Geetanjali's creations also graced the screens of the American television drama series 'Royal Pains.'

Her wealth of experience with eminent personalities, prominent American Indian celebrities, and countless brides served as a catalyst for her audacious foray into the world of Indian fashion. This fervor culminated in the establishment of the 'GS' production house in 2012, solidifying New Delhi as her artistic epicenter.

'GS' swiftly earned acclaim as an atelier production house catering to both designers and established brands, offering a comprehensive range of design and production solutions. Collaborations with international designers birthed collections tailored for niche markets seeking sophisticated, trend-setting, and high-end prêt lines. Some of these collections garnered significant attention at illustrious events like the Oscar pre-party and the 89th Annual Academy Awards.

Geetanjali's voyage of creativity extended to project collaborations with her brother Saran Kohli, an established Menswear label, for Marvel's 'Eternals' and the creation of stage production costumes commemorating Her Majesty's platinum jubilee in the United Kingdom.
