STEP 1 : BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
After posting your query for a custom-made garment, our team will reach out to you to arrange a visit to our studio in Delhi with our in-house designers.
Alternatively, you can also request a virtual meeting with Geetanjali Singh herself.
STEP 2 : GETTING CREATIVE
The team will refine your ideas and develop concepts. This phase involves creativity, where the designer will utilize their extensive experience and expertise to work with sketches, fabrics, and style concepts.
STEP 3 : ORDER CONFIRMATION & DEPOSIT
We will generate an estimated quote based on preliminary sketches and concepts. Comprehensive measurements will be either taken in person or, if it's a virtual order, we will provide guidance on how to take measurements accurately.
The production process commences once 50% deposit is received.
STEP 4 : DEVELOPING A PRODUCT SAMPLE
Once your order is confirmed along with the deposit, a final sketch template will be developed, incorporating any agreed-upon changes. A sample will then be crafted and forwarded to you for your approval.
We strive to provide a selection of options, and you can retain the fabric swatch to coordinate with other elements of your event's theme.
STEP 5 : THE MAGIC UNFOLDS
Once your approval is granted, we transition into the production phase. The garment is meticulously crafted by our skilled in-house design team and artisan tailors.
We will regularly update you with images as the process unfolds, allowing you to witness your garment coming to life.
STEP 6 : YOUR DREAM OUTFIT IS READY
Introducing an exclusive glimpse of your attire! Our in-house team has rigorously examined it to guarantee unparalleled quality. Should you have the chance to visit our studio, we'll ensure a seamless fit for the outfit.
For clients situated overseas, we offer an all-encompassing video presentation of your attire. After obtaining your endorsement, we'll securely organize its delivery through courier services.
